A routine is a sequence of actions that are followed regularly. Some people have routines for everything that they do. It is very possible to live a healthy fit lifestyle when following a routine. Everyone is either working or going to school or both! Implementing work outs into your routine can be difficult starting out, however, once a routine is nailed down it becomes much easier. The huge pay off of feeling and looking better will keep you motivated to stick with it. We all know its tough to wake up early to squeeze in a workout before school, which is why you need to figure out what schedule works best for you and allows you the balance and time to achieve your goals. Using a planner is a great way to keep organized. You may not have the same exact schedule each day, so mapping out your week is a key strategy in fitting in your exercise. Many people find it helpful to join a fitness class once or twice a week because working out with a group hold them accountable and keeps them on track. Many people find that starting their day with working out during the work week is efficient because it wakes them up and gets them going for the day. Some enjoy working out at night because it allows them to release stress and fall asleep much easier. Once you have found your preference, keep at it and Don't Quit.
