Meet the Team: Ben Gottesman
What's up everyone! My name is Ben Gottesman and I am a contributor to "Don't Quit". Throughout my life I have placed a high stress on fitness and nutrition to be at my peak form for athletics, especially baseball. I am a junior pitcher for the UMass Boston Beacons baseball team and I am excited to start a blog hoping to not only motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle, but also to ensure that I am practicing what I preach. I'm a guy who loves spending time outdoors and a huge Red Sox fan, and I look forward to spreading healthy vibes through "Don't Quit"!
